1. Why Rent 12+? (Long Term Rental)?
* You invest minimum time, money and risk in your fleet
* Vehicles are not shown as assets in your books and rental payments are expense items only
* The Renter bears the VAT and vehicle depreciation costs only for the rental period
* Monthly rates represent a stable cost structure which enables cost control within your company
* No long- term liabilities – your responsibility for the vehicle covers only the rental period (from one to three years)
* Europcar and not You bears the risks of vehicle ownership
* All rental costs are covered with one monthly invoice
* Tailor made offers
2. Which services are included in the complete Rent 12+ package?
* 30.000 km per year
* Full casco insurance without a deductible amount for the first three reported damages
* Car maintenance and servicing
* Tyres control, seasonal replacement and storage
* Additional equipment (snow chains, first aid kit, towing rope, spare lights...)
* Replacement car for 30 days during one calendar year in case of a rented vehicle’s damage or breakdown
* Europcar Road Assistance (24/7)
* Europcar Privilege Card (become a cardholder and gain numerous discounts worldwide when renting a car)
3. Which additional services are at my disposal?
In the monthly rental rate the following services can aslo be included
o Third party public liability insurance
o Vehicle registration and technical support
o Green card insurance
o Personal accident insurance (for passengers and the driver)
4. What are my options at the end of the rental period?
At the end of the rental period you have three options:
* to return the car with no further liability
* you can buy the car at the agreed price that was established when the rental contract was signed not baring any risk of the loss of vehicle market value
* you can rent another car
5. Can a personal entity be a Renter?
For the moment NO. The Renter can only be a company (legal entity).
